Interference Detection and Suppression Based on Time-Frequency Analysis

Radio frequency interference (RFI) is greatly harmful to Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers. Sweep one of the RFI for GNSS receivers, which can degrade performance receivers seriously. In this paper, Fractional Fourier Transform (FrFT) time-frequency analysis proposed in detection and suppression. The FrFT method tested detecting suppressing sweep interference, generated by a jammer. simulation experiment, signal affected successfully captured after suppression using method, shows its effectiveness. compared with conventional techniques such as Short-Time transform (STFT) Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD). improved about least order magnitude. aspect suppression, threshold based on probability proposed, methods. result, tolerance increased 5 dB mean 9 fixed threshold.
